The location was lovely - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. We enjoyed that the hotel was 22 minutes drive from the airport. The room was neat and well-equipped, the bathroom was clean: )

The location is excellent , being just a 10 minute walk to City Mall and great restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and provided awesome breakfast selections.

Room cleanliness could have been better , with some spots needing attention and a few maintenance issues present.

The hotel room was good sized with toiletries and a single bed, as for instance. I thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic and extraordinary breakfast with omelette, offered by the venue. The service was good, that made the hotel beautiful place. The pool was amazing too.

The staff - some of them were not very friendly.

Cut to the chase, here's my take

I enjoyed a fabulous welcome that set a positive tone for my visit. The friendly and accommodating staff made everything smooth, especially Alvika and Mr Marwan, were really nice. My sea view room was a good retreat, ensuring a perfect escape. Truly a great experience!

Top location, large room

With an outside temperature of almost 50 degrees there is no parking space in the garage. The bathroom and pillows were not clean.
